Kyle Kilroy is a dedicated paralegal supporting our Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Corporate Law practices. Kyle joined our firm in July of 2023.
In Estate Planning, Kyle plays a key role in assisting with the drafting of clients' Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney and Trusts. In Estate Administration, he assists with probate filings, trust documentation, asset distribution and accounting, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and accuracy. On the corporate side, he supports attorneys with business formations, drafting operating agreements, drafting corporate resolutions, commercial real estate transactions, and various tasks relating to the closings of merger and acquisition transactions.
Kyle is a very versatile member of our Firm. He is recognized for having strong organizational and communication skills while also possessing a keen attention to detail. He is currently preparing to attend law school next fall.
